Are you using DLSS? I've noticed that if I use FSR and increase the sharpening (e.g. to 0.7) that the issue is lessened for me.
I am wondering if it is some weird interaction between lightning/shadows and upscaling... (even though I also notice it without any upscaling)
It runs too smoothly for that with steady 40 fps in the benchmark though.
rtx 4070 here. using dlss quality.
when the game comes out i might try dlss swapping to dlss4 to try and get rid of it.
but yeah, game doesnt look the cleanest
Exactly, clothing as well! I had the same reflex of looking for a film grain option in the settings, only to be sorely disappointed x)
I hope the swap works for you too. Installing the swapper tool is pretty straight-forward with the instructions on the github page.
no. its for dlss capable cards only aka nvidia rtx cards
I am not 100% sure, but unfortunately I don't think so. I believe CP2077 has a mod that 'unlocks' DLSS for AMD cards. So hopefully the modding community picks this up for Wilds as well at some point.
That would be amazing, guess I gotta look up that mod for CP too to get a feel for it

Unchecked the Windows 8 compatibility and started the game and it didn't crash. Right now it's compiling shaders so I'm waiting.
same here. any results so far?
