Yes my gpu has 16g vram, perhaps they haven't implemented hi res texture coze i didnt see it as an option somewhere for the benchmark
you can max everything with dlss quality @1440p
the pixellation still happens. its like some sort of filter being applied to rocks, clothes etc.
its ugly tbh
For a brief moment in a scene I saw something similar to checkerboard rendering too....
I even tried swapping the DLSS library to the latest version and set it to quality - same weird picture.
I remember MH:Worlds had a similar issue with DLSS enabled, but that was gen 1 DLSS, so it was grainy/blurry DUE TO the upscaler - these days are over.
Using the latest DLSS version @Ultra settings, Preset K and DLAA
FG, Motion blur and DoF are all off btw.
It can't get sharper than using DLAA with DLSS v310.20.1 using the newest transformer model at this point.
Here's a shot of the menu where you see the overlay info

Here's an ingame shot of the overlay, already blury and the whole picture looks like a lense effect being applied so that even the last line of overlay text is already truncated/forced out.

My point is, that the whole blur/grain discussion is unrelated to gfx options but a deliberate design/art choice of Capcom to post-process the image in a certain way.
May someone finds a config file fix of some sort to disable this.
This game benchmarks, and beta gameplay are very bad. I hope they will optimize the graphic engine soon as possible
Little advice for anyone and you if you haven't found it. MHWilds there are "extra" settings in the config.ini file of the game that you have to go in and edit to remove film grain. I also don't like chromatic abberation or whatever so you can find that and turn it off too if you want.
