Oh dear, I was hoping for better performance...
I'm running pretty much the same as you, except I got an i9 13900kf and I play on 1080p.
If I can at least keep a consistent 75 fps without relying on that stupid DLSS crutch, when I finally get the chance to give it a go tomorrow, I'll be happy.

No FSR or Upscaling
Without any upscaling or frame-gen and just using FXAA+TAA, and turning the texture filtering and Ambient Occlusion down one tick without any raytracing, I was able to keep the game at about 60 in the busiest part, and around 80-100 in the less busy desert area at 1440p. Can't comment on DLSS, but FSR doesn't look very good. I wish it ran just a bit better in the busy areas, but am still satisfied for the most part.

All in all some improvement over the beta test, but it's still far from acceptable and not worth the grainy and blurry image from framegen.
i'll hopefully be able to keep a stable and locked 60 fps, because when the gameplay section occured it had issues keeping 60 fps in some parts....

Not bad at all, though I do raise an eyebrow at the result only being "Good". If 100+FPS at 4K is only "Good", I'd love to know what I'd have to do to get anything better than good

Note: There might be a 90fps limit baked into the engine, i should def have gone over 100. Physics might be fps based and 90 might be the limit for things not freaking out. Even dropping down to 1080p and turning off RT fps is still limited to around 90.
