Report a translation problem
The good thing is, we most likely will have modded quests like in world so it doesn't matter that much.
But all event quests are permanent in World (Except for the movie tie-in quest, and the Assassins Creed one - due to licensing limitations).
However event quests do rotate, just like the festivals - which I think is a cool idea that they should continue.
Just to be clear, Im talking about during the lifespan of world/ib, after all the updates came out they did make all event quest permanent.
But they rotate continuously, you cannot miss out on them.
I think it is harmless in World because they will not disappear, unlike Live Service games. Those two quests I mentioned are exceptions, and Capcom made sure to announce it ahead of time and give people enough time to get the rewards.
