Learn to earn some money.
The 3060 is the #1 most used GPU on Steam. The 4060 is slightly better than that, and the 4060TI is slightly better than the 4060. If the game is performing this badly for me, then it is performing even worse for the majority of Steam.

Nah, most games are optimized and run just fine. Capcom games are the issue, and we already learned that with Dragon's Dogma 2.
I'm perfectly happy having 60fps, 1440p, on my 3080Ti (which is what I was able to get using the benchmark tool)
