You can always force Vsync to any game even if it doesn't have the option in-game from Nvidia control panel. If you don't know how, then I can gladly guide you through it.
You can always force vsync on using nvidia control panel and it works exactly as expected.
This is an entirely made up reason. There's no evidence to show this is the case. What's more likely is that it's a benchmark so they don't want you to enable any frame limiting tech so you can actually see your PC's performance.
I can kind of understand where the other poster is coming from. im aiming for 1440p max dlaa at 60 fps vsync but knowing i can run this at an average 95 fps without vsync pretty much confirms ill be able to run it how i like on release. i was confused vsync was missing too but the only reason i can think of is capcom didnt include it on purpose for the earlier stated reason.
