Even World insisted you create a lobby to play the game. It's really dumb but at least in the full game if you lose/don't have connection it just complains with a popup and then lets you play anyways.

Since apparently there's no option to play offline I might as well join a lobby or go ♥♥♥♥ myself if there's a mild storm or gets very windy out here.
Like if you want to play by yourself you shouldn't need the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ connection to do so.

Literally this yet people cannot comprehend the purpose of the functionality. Its no different to how in World you could make a private lobby that was just you by yourself unless you used SOS. Its unreal how much vitriol there is in these forums from people who are probably not even gonna get the game anyways over Denuvo or trying to play on a 500 dollar rig from 10 years ago.
