Preload for MH: Wilds?

Does anyone know if MH: Wilds will preoad before it launching on 28th february?

So hyped for this game

The first beta had a 24 hour preload window before it started, so its probably a safe bet that the second beta and the full game will have a preload opportunity as well

Unless they have announced some kind of pre-load I wouldn't count on it. They're doing a global simultaneous release on PC and consoles so it's possible that could prevent them from having some kind of pre-load because of some contract. Be prepared to have to download the thing on day 1, but be happy if you can download it ahead of time.

The open beta coming this februrary 6th is only for PS5/XBOX subscribers?

The second open beta will be on Steam and consoles. You just need your console's online subscription payment BS to be able to play, pretty sure it doesn't require the plus subscriptions or whatever garbage they use.

I thought there was no pre-load for Rise.

I don't think that counted as a preload. It was just up 24 hours early with no ability to connect to servers till the actual set time. A full game release would be different most likely.

Preloads usually involve decryption once the game unlocks.

They didnt announce rpeload for beta either so...... and they did for full release
