However how MH works is when they wanna add a new monster or a hunt, they will release it to everyone free. Normally you have to go to a cat or NPC in the game and claim these new add on hunts then they become available at the quest counters.
There is not set time line that I know of Luke weekly or month on the dot. But they do release and add a tin of content in each game for free to everyone normally speaking. Can't imagine they change that now lol
El Dorado, the ice and volcano zones in the GL, infernal springs, and forlorn arena. Sure, they are small arena maps but you know... Still technically maps
Monster Hunter. The "monsters" are bosses. You usually hunt one or two at a time and that's the whole mission. <_<

@OP: As the others said, you can expect an absurd amount of post-release content with at least one major expansion. Granted, you're not going to be getting a new monster every single month, and some monsters are sure to just be elementally altered reskins or imports from prior titles.
If it was just porting over monsters from previous games like World then yeah I could see it. If you say a collab or two every month that also sounds plausible. But that's usually only some armour and a weapon.
An entirely new biome is unlikely though. MH generally only gets a new area/map/etc via a big paid expansion (like with Iceborne or Sunbreak).
Capcom will probably give us some kind of a roadmap 1 or 2 months after release.
Looking back at the updates to World I am going to guess one new monster or variant every 3-4 months or so.
You can look through them yourself here if you want:

I wanted to look at Rise as well but I couldn't find a nice list of all the title updates WITH dates.
They are the main enemy but I'd hardly call every monster a "boss" lol not how I have ever viewed it.
If I was going to classify a monster as a boss it would be the main monster who annoys you rhe entire story and all elder dragons lol
Just my opinion on it rofl if everything is a "boss" nothing really is.
The lore of MH is these monsters are very common, most anyway lol I have never considered most of them boss like ever really haha but I suppose if you look at it from a certain perspective they are, but eh
What the ♥♥♥♥ kinda game is it then??
Lol
Generally speaking in terms of games bosses are stronger then your normal foe, however to me the normal foe is the larger monsters, they are the main focus of the game and what you spend the overall duration of the game hunting.
Sometimes you go on hunts for the small fry for resources, but the overall focus is on large monsters. So they have never bin seen as bosses to me.
Kinda like when elden ring or dark souls turns a boss into a normal foe of an obstacle, the boss 1 is a boss but the ones that are just everywhere aren't even mini boss status haha
