Go to the store page. Do you see the first batch of tags with 'Single-player', 'Online Co-op' and more? They are developer-managed, and the day the game officially releases, there will be one with 'Family Sharing' if enabled. If they do not support it on day one, you may need to wait until they do.

That is the only way to have your answer.

All four Monster Hunter games released on this platform allow it, so it is only a matter of time.

So disappointed, but still I will just buy 1 copy, it is too crazy expensive to buy 2 copies for a family of mine, I will just let him use my ac to play and I use his ac to play another game instead
Family Sharing is defaulted on only upon release and the game dev/pub can turn it off afterwards.

Before release for all titles, it is defaulted off and there is no way to tell if it will stay off until after release.
