Greenmangaming has it on a slight sale, like they have for almost all pre-orders.

Just remember: very cheap keys for new or unreleased games are likely stolen.

Many gray market key sellers pose as legitimate content creators or reviewers to get free keys and then sell them. The publisher and/or developers receive no money from the sales of such keys.

Additionally there's always the chance that stolen keys may be revoked without warning, removing the game from your steam account. Your money might be gone too depending on what payment method you used.

https://www.greenmangaming.com/ and https://www.fanatical.com/en/ are both legitimate key sellers that offer slight discounts on preorders.

Besides that you could also just wait. Waiting to see what launch performance looks like is never a bad idea.

Capcom discounts new games reasonably quickly. I'd guess it'll be about 25% off in 3-6 months and then 50% off after around 12 months.

I don't... But, this place[isthereanydeal.com] does -- it's already 20% off at Fanatical.

Spoiler: Only consumer plebes who deserve to be fleeced, buy at full R. R. P..

Then they should make the base games cheaper and people could buy them from a less "gray" markey.
