Running on 4K RTX 50s
I am very excited for monster hunter wilds. I plan on upgrading just for it. But I wonder which graphic card I need to run it 4k 60 fps high settings should I get a 5070ti, 5080 or 5090. I just hope scalpers don’t ruin the market and I end up with no graphic card

4K 60 FPS at Ultra settings? Not going to happen. Optimization is poor. You're going to need a super computer just to get that kind of performance.
You could run 4k in the beta/strress test, but to get 60 fps+ you needed to use frame gen, but this game is designed around using frame gen.

4k gaming? Allways the most expensive one, hope you'll like 8k gaming soon.
At least medium setting I can sacrifice shadows since idc about those I just want my game to look good

lol what's the point in 4k gaming if you have to lower the details to make it work?
4k 60 native? None.

5090.
Be prepared to pay 2000 bucks for it (I wouldn't).
maybe 6090 will do, with the exclusive 8x frame generation MH Wilds will finally be able to run at max settings

which is what the dlss 4 and multi frame gen are counting on.

The GPU isnt going to matter for this game. Upgrading it is not going to achieve much. What you should be looking at is a stronger CPU instead.

Upgrade GPU to fair good GPU at minimum like late 3000 series but make sure your CPU is the tits first. You can always add better GPU's to that same system at a later date.

AMD just anounced a new CPU the 9950X3D out soonish so maybe wait to get your hands on something like that.

TLDR: Put your money into the CPU First.

GPU is useless. the engine is CPU heavy
If it is as optimized as Dragons Dogma 2 (and the demo made no great impression), then no hardware can help you.

What sort of CPU do you need then to run this well? Any clue?

From what I've seen 7800X3D or better. I'm hesitant to recommend intel right now but since they're usually cheaper for about the same performance, 14600K or 14700K are good options. If you go for intel make sure you do some research on why these CPUs can have issues.

Honestly? Wait.

Let those of us who have preordered see how launch performance is.
