Is the MH: Wilds Deluxe Edition worth buying?
I already pre-ordered the base version MH: Wilds. Should I refund and get the Deluxe Edition instead?

The deluxe and premium deluxe editions only give cosmetics, so it comes down to whether you like the look of them or not

Cosmetics in Monster Hunter series are mediocre to bad, there is no point to buy anything especially considering there will be great cosmetic mods in few days after the release :lunar2019piginablanket:

Do you like the look of the cosmetics they're including in the Deluxe Edition? With the last few games, the Deluxe Edition pack was sold separately after launch, and there's no reason to assume that Wilds will not do so either. If you aren't particularly interested in the cosmetics in the DE, don't pick it up!

Would be hilarious if the modders made sure to replace the DLC cosmetics for their mods.

simple you want the gimmicks and want to support the game more get it if not the standard should be fine its not like a season pass addition its cosmetics and more or less probably being sold later on seperately anyway

It's all just cosmetics. If you like how they look maybe it's worth the extra money.

All of which will be sold separately at a later date if what Capcom normally does is anything to go off.
