Starting the Akuma Arena quest but it doesn't give me the item to fight
Is it just me ? Tutorial prompt asks me to select the object but it's nowhere to be seen in my item bar.

Trying to remove my mods I'll let you know how it went.

Should be 3 unique items on the far left of your inventory for Akuma moves by default when you enter the arena.

Yeah nevermind my mods were messing the quest up.

In case you have the same issue as I have. Remove the mods and it will fix it

You might want to verify file integrity to make sure the update installed properly and delete your shader cache to rebuild it fresh. Some people had their shader cache increase in size with updates and that can cause stuttering, crashes, etc.

Right click on MH Wilds in your Steam library --> Click on Manage --> Click on Browse Game Files --> Look for a file called shader.cache --> Right click and delete this file.

You will need to restart the shader caching process when next you start the game but it should give you a fresh file. I have had at least one update where the shader.cache file size got huge and the game began to stutter a lot more and/or crash. You may also have a shader.cache2 which you can also delete.

Should run much smoother after this.

Share the crash report and DxDiag report for advice if you already did the game update routine
