OK so we saw akuma thats mid and all but they gave us gestures that can operate with real combat damage but won't add gauntlet weapons as a new 15th weapon....

Yeah I dont know why they havn't. It'd be easy to mod it in though I suppose, make a three button moveset.

Monster hunter doesn't need a gaunltlet weapon to punch monsters.

SF is crap. Should have been Dragon's Dogma. Also, more than half of the event items are cosmetics you have to purchase for extra. Pretty lame.

Hmm... Modders I have a request. Make it possible to use Street Fighter punch and kick in monster hunter. Sheath should be the activate button.

the way people are crying about this cross over just screams to us how much of a simpleton they are and that they hopped on a hype train for this game cause if you were an actual MH fam this wouldn't surprise you
Man there's people that complain about anything. The collab looks cool. What were you expecting?

Not even a hype train, its literally a mid collab with 100s of other collabs that could be better than SF that instead of adding collab weapons like how world did with FF and even when world did SF is was absolutely mid.

SF is not a good collab

I agree that it's no surprise but I can also see why people are disappointed with the collab. It's been 9 consecutive years of SF collab since MHGen/MHX, so eventually people will get tired of it and want to see something new. I agree with why people favor Dragon's Dogma collab more than SF, because it fits the theme - slaying fantasy monsters. Who knows, maybe in the future we might get it. (Very unlikely though since Itsuno leaving Capcom)

These days people are just incredibly negative, gotta tune it out really.

Optimization issues are the biggest fault with this game and something that needs to be addressed as top priority. The poor feedback on that I 100% agree with.

These complaints about the collaboration however, is just childish behavior, especially knowing there will be much more projects coming in the future.

Street Fighter is one of Capcom's most successful IP and the game that revolutionized the fighting game genre. It is also a series with a game that is ongoing and has major spotlight right now. It makes full sense that Capcom would start with it, especially when it has proven to be successful in past Monster Hunter titles.

People just need to be patient, this stuff takes time. If it's not something they wanted, that's cool, there may be something in the future that fits their interest.

I assumed that akumas moveset would be something you activate in the item bar to activate it and it stays on till deactivvated. im hoping thats the case.
