Crashing with the 50 series cards still. No error, just locks up with sound and then says the program isn't responding anymore. no fixes reported yet.

I just updated my bios to 3001 for my Asus ROG Strix Z790-i Gaming Wifi which was released yesterday. it fixed the crashing issue with the new nvidia drivers on RTX 5080, smooth as butter. But be warned though, you need to set the pcie lane to gen 5 16x and turn off thunderbolt nvme to usb. The Z790 and under have bandwidth issues with the pcie lanes which was fixed on the newer Z890. The thunderbolt/nvme/pcie lanes is hogging the gpu lanes.

ok so anyone else having issues, try updating your BIOS on your motherboard, I have a 5070 and been trying to fix my stuff without modding and that seems to have done the trick, was able to hunt the current event quest of G. Anjanath twice, also check some reddits that one of the fixes they have on there involving adjusting certain things.

What do you do once you update bios? Cause I’ve done it and have still been crashing on my 5070ti

I have a 3070 with the latest drivers and this game has never crashed for me. Maybe y'all are overheating?
