Just got the game for free (thank god) Its Unplayable

Game runs perfect then once i start fighting the first hunt monster game will just crash. Doesn't matter how many times i install it remove shader cache or update my computer it will not run. Monster Hunter World runs perfectly every other game i own does to.

I was talking to a friend yesterday about wilds and how theres alot of people with better machines than mine and they can't run the game to save their lives. While me, I'm on a very humble machine...

and yet, no crashes and im running at 120 fps, then 100 fps during hunts on Ultrawide, high settings. I guess I am very fortunate that in my 17 hours with the game, I havent experienced anything worth complaining about. I guess the story is Meh, but thats not why we play MH for anyway. I just can't wait to finish the story already.

nvidia 50xx issue, try rolling back drivers, i am on 4070 ti super, no crashes since march

Check windows' event viewer immediately when the crash happens. Copy the error code from there and ask Chat GPT for a fix. Posting about game crashes here won't help much.

This is a lie. Literally. Nvidia's drivers have been absolute trash since 573 and on.
