this game doesn't support linux
No one is stating issues with denuvo on Protondb. The fact that no specs were posted is likely related to the actual issue.
Were you changing compatibility modes a lot? Games still works on SteamOS and other Linux distros. Even janky ones ;)

Arch Linux user here. The game runs fine, skill issue I guess.

"The game runs fine"

the game barely runs so thats a lie
If you change compatibility modes a lot, it can cause denuvo to think you have tampered wih something. It's not very smart.

On the steam deck, i have Proton 10 selected for the compat tool. It works fine. I don't think i'm using a specific compat on the Linux desktop. It also works fine there.

Instead of changing compatibility tools, you will get more done by changing settings in game or in the config.ini file.

I'm using low or medium textures, AMD FSR, and no frame gen. In the config, i turned off film grain, lens disortion, chromatic aberation. Also changed the Texture Load Bias Level to 0. That last isn't necessary unless you have weird UI glitches. And i limit frame rate to like 30 fps. (Unplayable, i know right?)

I hope you get it working again.
