AT REY DAU Time challenge. Did not get pendant?
I beat the time challenge with at 12:08 with my CB but i didn't receive the pendant as a rewrad. Is it because i started the quest through Lotta (reception lady) and not Ricardo?

And it was stated that you will get them at a later date, once the event is over.
So 1-2 weeks

i think that is the arena quest guy at the counter

If you only launch your quests by talking with Alma it would make since you've never see him. He's at the actual quest counter in the Grand Hub next to the quest lady.
