How to unlock the Rey Dau γ set?

I haven't played for a while and I'm back now to get the new set, but I've already completed the event twice (in a group and solo) and I haven't unlocked it, what do I have to do? There are only two more days until the event ends.

Did you checked on the smith? You probably should have unlocked already, you just need the tickets.
You also can keep farming on the challenge quest, so it's more like 9 days left.

If none, definitely a bug then

It's possible the first-slot Y ticket isn't guaranteed like it should be. The top-row is all S tickets.
Check materials in the item box to make sure you have or at least had one.

The Free Challenge also awards Gamma tickets and will remain available for a week after the Event quest rotates out.
