off topic but what i meant by my complaint would be attacks that require a bit more evade window to deal with as it has lingering hurtboxes, such as at rey dau which led to me realizing it's best to just ♥♥♥♥ off from the hurtbox as it breaks the idea of what it should've been.
being gravios and zoh shia's beaming the floor, you'd think that should deserve a lingering hurtbox, but no, the moment you've iframed it, you will no longer count to it which made me wonder what the goal of hurtboxes are to them
I also could do with a mod to change Charge Blade's Savage Axe controls back to the World version, since trying to combo charge attacks (i.e. holding down a button, releasing and immediately going back to gripping the button down over and over again) is severely hurting my right hand.
There is none. The problem with that is simply that even if an attack is counter able it does not mean it hits you.
So programming such is as good as the health bar signaling that the next attack might be fatal.
Considering that there is little to no difference from having an additional visual indicator or just using the monsters' tells.
Best you can do is to train that.
