Game always crashing after speaking to Elder Ela in the first tribe camp near the start of the game

as the title says, has anyone else experienced this problem and have some sort of fix for it? i enter the village just fine and i can even talk to the woman by the campfire first, but every time i get done speaking with the elder lady in the tent, when i go to exit it, the game crashes.

My Specs:
RTX 5070 Ti
Ryzen 5 9600x
32 GB DDR5 Ram CL 36

Did you do the usual troubleshooting spiel with verifying game files? If yes, consider rollbacking your Nvidia drivers, as there seem to be an issue with the latest drivers for MHW and 50xx series.

Hello, thank you for the reply, and yeah i did check for the windows updates and NVIDIA GPU driver stuff. What seemed to fix my game was deleting those shader and crash report files in the game folder and then restart my computer. Then when i booted up the game again, it was fixed.
