AT Rey Dau A rank Free Challenge Club

Since the AT Rey Dau Free Challenge is out and us monster hunter enjoyers have had enough time to play around with. It's nice to see all the trolls who complained about the game not having difficulty not be around to show off their A ranks.

did you need for the weapon charm to achive a A time or only simple kill him once ?

if you want all three you need to get A.
You get the first two charms for slaying the AT Rey Dau once

I also managed to get a pretty good time with a full team of randoms, but everything went our way and the two HH buffed like mad

i believe they show all side by side in the event video they posted on twitter, but you can see the first charm here at the bottom of the page:

this one and the ball without the effects is the one you get for slaying AT rey dau regardless of rank and if you reach rank A you also get the ball with the lightning effect

My expectations for this arena event was low. But what I expected was still an arena fight going in... instead this event is not an arena fight at all. It's just a normal hunt. You aren't forced into some sub-optimal build on a 3-6 different weapons you probably don't main. It's just slay an AT Rey Dau in the sand plains 13 minutes with your equipment. That's a timer so forgiving my first fight ever against AT Rey Dau would have been ranked A.

Guess this is the nail in the coffin for me. I'm uninstalling.
