Still need help with black screen

Has anyone figured out a soulution to the black screen after the capcom logo? after i start the game and shaders load i get the logos and then nothing just a black screen where all i can see is my mouse i have a 3050 ti, 16 gb ram, and a ryzen 5 5600. ive tried every step in there trouble shooting guide
