Still looking for solution here
EDIT: Currently running the game with no visible lagging or stuttering
Ryzen 7 7700x, max boosted to default 5550Mhz, PBO -10 all core, 105W core TDP (ECO?), 6000MT/s HyperX Beast 32GB set, Asus TUF Gaming RX 7900 XT OC 20GB
Running game on HIGH details preset, removed stupid motion blur, using FRS native resolution with FrameGen on, limited FPS to 60 and with that framegen it's FPS around 110-120 quite constantly at 1440P resolution. PCI-E REBAR/ SmartCache is on.
All settings under Adrenaline's "Gaming-Graphics" menu- Disabled. Seems that some of these might do some unstability issues.
Also running official latest (non-optional) adrenaline 25.3.1 version driver. Running the latest chipset drivers from AMD support (X670E chipset board). All other device drivers are also up to date. Same with Windows 11 pro patches.
Just if you haven't tried yet you could check the OC settings on Adrenaline, mostly the GPU OC settings, I had little bit of hot spot high temps before undervolting (1075mV) and limiting the GPU Max speed top 2500MHz and tweaking fan curve to more aggressive than default, also this latest patch seems to use less CPU usage during the game (optimization a bit kind of?)
Also doesn't hurt if disabling ALL in-game over-lays of any kind, like discord etc.
But in short; try to run CPU OC (if applied) a little less and also same on GPU (run close to "Stock" card settings). Also it happens that these CPUs and GPUs tend to be little bit of Silicon lottery when talking about OCs and stability on some games.
Full AMD system here and everything runs stable and well on 25.5.1 .
Can you please post your crash-log and Dxydiag here for analyses?
Also please provide a full detailed list of your hardware and driver versions. Its not a common solution mostly.
If you do not know all the details, i recommend to create a "System-Report" with the System-Meeter-Bar for easy info collection:
