How is elemental CB?

I've been thinking about making some elemental SAED Focused set ups. Are there any monsters with really good elemental hitzones all over? Also is elemental savage axe worth it? I feel trading KO and paralyze isn't worth a little bit more damage, assuming it does have higher DPS.

im personnaly a KO phials man, its just suits my gameplay better bcause its a lot more versatile than elemental phials, and i also like to knock out monster after a SAED, i mean, who wouldnt ? therefore if you want to build an elemental phial bluids, i recommend you the rathalos charge blade wich does fire and have a good sharpness, damage and fire damage and can be leveling up with jools how ever you like, the irabami charge blade is also very good but does ice damage. i think that for the monsters that are weak to elemental SAED there is Gravios, but overall it will depend on the monsters weakness.
I main Arkveld charge blade personnaly, its just have 480 dragon damage with my build, good damage, ok sharpness, and knock out monsters very quickly but i guess elemental phials can be more effective with the right element than a KO charge blade that you use on every monsters like me.

ray dao is also a first class choice for elemental charge blade, cool design, cool skills and great damage ;)

There are hardly any Elemental CB options. If I rightly recall the Artian options are just Impact. Most of the monster weapons are Impact too. I was looking into Dragon options the other day and only the Guardian Ebony Garon one seemed to be rocking an Elemental Phial and decent Dragon damage.

the ebony dragon one is very good because of his natural skill, but yeah i guess they could have made zo chiah or gore magala and element CB it would have had some diversity in dragon element

Artian switches to Element if it has Element. Raw and Status are Impact.


Element phial is fine, but SavAxe is only 0.2x per tick.
SAED is garbage without the 3rd hit and 6th phial. Development loathed how base World SAED turned out, and it shows.
ED2 and AED Followup are ludicrous.
