Iceshard Cliff Base Camp isn't there!

Iceshard Cliff appears as ??? on the world map. and the base camp is also not on the map. I can't progress through Chapter 5 - 1 because of it. Does anyone know how I could fix this?

Did you modify your savegame (mod the game overall) and added stuff into your inventory or edited weapons you should not have at this point? This looks like a flag was not triggered or was triggered too early.

I would give a try doing other quests and/or resting in another camp then try again getting there. Maybe its just a temporary glitch.

If that does not help I would try further disabling all DLCs, and try again after a PC restart. That had helped in the past.
