3080 Low FPS
Recently I upgraded to Windows 11 since then this game is just unplayble but the weirdest is, it only happens when I join a group.

Alone in the hub or even with randoms am fine, but the moment I join a group or hunt I barely get higher then 35 FPS before all of this I easily ran above 80 FPS

Could you provide some screenshots with the fps and cpu/gpu load when this happens? One when you play single and one when you are in a group. Also do you use any mods?
What's your CPU? I've got a 4080 SUPER and the game consistently does not run great on mine because of my CPU.

I will give one when am back in the game.

Spec wise

CPU: 7800X3D
GPU: Asus 3080 10GB
RAM: 32GB of DDR5 on 6000mhz

Like before a weeks I was fine and everything worked, but now it just feels sluggish and laggy
yo we have around the same specs, but no matter what I did in game nothing helped, you are gonna have to get mods to fix it, check out nexus mods

I would think your system would be fine with those stats.

Couple of things you can try:
1) If you have the high-res texture DLC pack installed, get rid of it.
2) Install REFramework from NexusMods, which implements various hotfixes to the engine for better performance.
3) Play with frame generation turned on. It looks kinda weird but you get used to it. You can find this setting under DLSS in Graphics.
4) Set your graphics settings on Lowest and see if performance improves at all.
5) Completely uninstall your graphics driver using software such as DDU, then reinstall the newest graphics driver off the website.

Going to sound a bit crazy but I think it is your resolution if you are on 1440P especially for a 3080 in wilds because resolution makes your GPU work a lot more harder then 1080p. So basically higher resolution means more processing power and the 3080 is not meant for it, best thing you can do from what I heard is get a 4070 SUPER that can handle 1440p. The hard truth about 1440p Is that A LOT of graphics like the 4070 super and higher that can run it? Will still stutter and have a lot of problems in the frames category. Unless your willing to spend an average of 5-6k to run a 1440p PC build? its best to just chill on 1080p till 1440p becomes a mainstream resolution.

For those that can run 1440p? hats off to you.

That is why your FPS is stuttering and lagging is because your GPU can not keep up with all the frames.

"after frame gen" You shouldn't be using frame gen unless you're already getting 60 consistently without it. And frame gen doesn't offer the reaction advantage that real frames give. And it also increases latency.
