mh wilds crash on startup
I have played 30 hours without any problems whatsoever, but I cant start the game anymore since it crashes after the capcom message where you click close on the "something auto save" message. I tried verifying steam files, restarting pc and updating drivers.

My specs are:
amd rx7800xt
ryzen 5 7600x
32gb ram 6000
asus prime B650M-A II

Here is my crash report https://pastebin.com/scRXC8zD

Update - Searched around abit, and I noticed overwolf was mentioned, tried closing it and now atleast I am ingame.

Backup and remove your savegame (deactiavte steam cloud after removing it) to see if you may have corrupted your savegame (high chance of modding related), and remove all mods.

If the game starts after removing the savegame (and does not reapply it via steamcloud) you know the issue for sure.

That you could also conclude from the crash report.

Line 163

Fatal D3D error (40, DXGI_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED, 0x887a002b)

That line tells you that while rendering the game, the graphics card conflicted with something else, which has nothing to do with the game.

So you know that there is an app which takes dominance over the graphics card.

That only happens when you run another app which takes control, such as overlay apps like Overwolf, medal.tv or MSI Afterburner. Anything which creates an overlay is automatically a suspect.

And if nothing like that is found, it is most likely a trojan, as they behave the same regarding screen captures.
