An utmost: yes

That is because you have the event items already and you have the armour unlocked on the smithy already.

Once unlocked you get to keep those.

Only new players who have not unlocked the items will not get access to it after tomorrow. But it will return in the future.

So long as you got all the different ticket types you need you should be able to make the stuff whenever.
