Would you like to see captured monsters in base camps?
One feature I greatly miss form Wrolds (idk if it was in Rise, never played) is seeing the captured monster back at base. To the point it kinda takes some fun out of capuring for me, esp. since the loot table for caputing and slaying is the same now.
And I was wondering,
does anyone else miss this feathre?

Problem would be, where they could house it. i dont remember seeing it in rise, but the difference is, in worlds, it was a permanent guild camp. Giving them the opportunity to secure the monster. The guild was also centralized in worlds.

in wilds, the camps are being set up place to place. Different teams moving about different investigation/hunting roles. So they would have to transport this large monster, enormous distances, to a place that they cant likely keep it safely due to little defense measures.

each main base camp in wilds is either on borrowed or tight secure space. Unfortunately it doesnt fit anymore.

That's true. At best I imagine it'd be somewhere in the Grand Hub or at a spot on the map close to the main base of that location.
Because compared to the monster just getting up like all it did was take a nap and disappearing into the ether .... yeah...

Yeah, definitely... though since for some reason Wilds is more about meeting the idiotic local humans and protecting them from mean, nasty monsters than actually exploring the ecosystem itself.... I can't say as I'm surprised.
I honestly hate the feature where captured monsters just get up from the trap and wander off after a while. Like you think I'm Capturing for the sake of some catch-and-release bullsh!t? No. I'm populating my private zoo! I Captured those monsters so I could KEEP them. They're MINE!

Like person above said, the hub is one of those cultural village places, like a market. the guild participates in it. So the villagers reactions likely wouldnt be spectacle, it would be fear and alarm. how they react anyway.

Personally having captured monsters displayed there wouldnt prompt me to see it. I think of the hub as silly nonsense. I went i looked once when they released it, not been back since.

However having a captured monster being chained on a exiting sand ship, that would make sense.

the real issue no one is bringing up is that the game is so poorly optimized. I wouldn't be surprised if rendering the captured monster would create more problems.

I really didnt care about the feature, it became rather background rather quickly.

I hope none of world feature comes back.

ye, in the grand hub. But housing jin dahaad would be a problem. Speaking of housing they can use FFXIV's apartment idea. It's to have apartments for each character that everyone can visit if they set their house access to public with furnitures and decorations like war trophies and achievements. But im sure crapcom's going to milk us dry with decoration DLCs if that happens.

Nah, it would be always empty and makes no sense to begin with the new setting.

I'd like them to show up some place, yeah
It was cool seeing them with part damage depending on what you did to them before capturing

Jin cannot be captured (despite not being an elder dragon)

JPM just has a hateboner for world and spontaneously orgasms everytime a feature from there goes away

I'd like them to show up in a way, instead of just vanishing seconds later.
I personally dont care.

I wouild rather them be mini pets you can decorate your tents with.

You mean you want everything thats like that out? (Such as the bird eating plants in scarlet, the varioujs cat interactions etc) cause theyr pointless?

DDo you know what a game is w/o any ambience?

Do you know you just made one of the most hippocritical statements here? XD

A miniature you get for 100 kills of a monster would be nice
I honestly thought there was a park available somewhere since i captured monsters or a cage or whatever where i could choose...
But no...
Didn't care much but it would have been a nice feature indeed. Though not why i would play the game, the more your action show impact on the environment of the game, the better it is.
