Is there any performance patch yet?
I stopped around at 20 hours. Figured that running a game at 45 fps with a 3070 i7 16g of ram was not fun at all. I really hope they don't do a dragon dogma 2 and never patch the damn FPS.

Just wait for that one guy with the copy-paste essays telling you to play the game @30fps locked.

Also they can't fix it, RE Engine wasn't designed for this but they used it anyway.

There were at least two performance improving patches since release.
So yeah, it has gotten much better already.
I have a similar rig as you, try to lock the game at 60 fps, it works just fine for me.

When you bought the game, you agreed to buying it as is without any warranty , now go and ask ChatGPT or your favourite AI what that means if you don't understand it.

Spoiler: it means they have no obligation to fix the game. Since they've already got your money and the game keeps selling, do you honestly believe they will fix this game any time soon or ever?

Maybe you shouldn't have asked ChatGPT to write up this blanket statement which is factually wrong. Just look at Batman Arkham Knight. Why did they do mass refunds no matter the playtime and pulled it from stores temporarily? Definitely not because they were simply being nice.

Oh look, another one of those "I have cheap hardware from 5 years ago so I think I should have a goriilion FPS in a 2025 game" threads

I have 3070 as well. No, it didn't get better 45-60 fps tops with dlss quality 1080p and the game looks like a blurry mess because upscaling suffers with small particles which this game has many of. Textures still look horrid in most places because of bad compressing. And for some reason people think its okay. I still have fun with the game but I can completely understand you that with a 4 year old mid range gpu you should be able to run the game on medium 1080p 60fps (considering how it looks).

That was a different time when gamers still had backbones and didn't deeply inhale the hot, metallic exhaust from their 5090 Astrals and burned their braincells so fast their minds were lifting off into the cosmos.

As for Arkham Knight, maybe it was out of the goodness of their heart because I doubt any legal action would be successful otherwise why hasn't it started up for all the other buggy games that have come out from 2020-now? Why not this one?

Also, don't have to trust me --

What makes you think that someone who does not trust you, trusts the link you share?

Put it into Google then?

Also, I know gamers lack education but FindLaw is a literal legal service that connects people to lawyers. Again, Googling can find the answer instantly. :steamhappy:

I mean that's an easy claim to make when gamers are just a bunch of airheads who'd never dare to sue anyone, they're just venting.

But you could've had a good case with Batman as it was a completely disfunctional poroduct. As to why not this game, it's not even close. It's very low quality and performance, but not entirely broken as Batman was, so it's not even a topic of debate.

2025 game with 2015 graphics. It has no business running this poorly while looking this bad. Feel free to take a close-up screenshot of a monster, preferably during the post-hunt cutscene after finishing the quest and share it here to prove how the great graphics justify the performance.

Still runs like crap.
It became even worse with the spring event :lunar2019crylaughingpig: Apparently the game is chocking on the blooming trees.
