since the last proton update ive tanked in performance, no crashes but everything choppy, any advice for me? im not very smart, but before the recent proton update the game was running amazing

how do i rollback a proton update, proton is a steam app that updates itself just like the steam application, its not system level where i can time-shift my kernel, proton updated the moment i launched the game
