Yes. You can have indeed everything. The limit this time around is so immense - you would need to cheat to reach it. As in, having thousands of copies of armour pieces.
Having all the gear at max rank would be a nice baseline for trying new builds. currently i am working on getting all max upgraded talismans
You can have multiple copies of one item. It just makes no sense unless there are very special reasons to do so.
In previous games it felt more chaotic, since you often needed multiple copies of a certain weapon before branching out the upgrade trees. This time around there is no more branching out. Just unlocking.
Yeah but I didn't hit the limit building 10 types of weapons over 2000 hours, OP will be fine
