R-3591-0-0 Error

Starting getting this error a few weeks ago and from the research I have done the primary fix seems to be to disable cross play but then that completely ruins the online experience. Does Capcom know about this issue ? or has anyone found another solution to this ?

Did you try disabling IPv6 after resetting the network settings?
