I have this issue too, though im not sure what's causing it. Last week I had it almost daily when launching the game. This week not so much, it might be due to driver or something maybe. Although all the compiling shaders I've been having only took like 1-5 seconds so I didn't mind much.

Having the shaders renewed before the game session helps with better performance.

So people who have that renewed by default are sure lucky.

... Except it doesn't. Delete the shader cache and see how much it actually takes, maybe you will figure out that those 20 seconds aren't actually the shader compilation
