Sounds like the perfect time to play it before its gone.... Imagine the content you could make... "finals days of Dauntless" videos
The game self imploded, phoenix labs were sold to NFT dudes, game is now a full casino.
You don't make gear out of monsters, you have to pay for it, the best gear is behind a expensive pay wall, and all progression were threw out of the window.
Literally all content creators jumped off and called the game dead, game didn't bring new content, and reworked old content since launch.
And personally, I hated every weapon, fight, animation were wonky and monsters were uninspired.
Get better, try to bait harder.
Actually (pulls nerdy glasses) even the devs didn't know the game and company were sold until the last few days before the acquisition, I remember reading a AMA, and they were completely unaware of the situation.
Trust me bro, most devs aren't vile as we think they are, devs are pawns, they obey orders, some were gamers and enjoyed creating games.
But it's not as simple as creating games you would love to play, like 1990 blizzard were.
Some companies even have so much bureaucracy that a dev can't fix a bug, until the code has been updated, revised, approved, working, updated, packed, etc. it can be updated as fast as two minutes, but the review isn't made for 6 days for example.
That's even worse, then.
That is normal.
