About Notifying Posted Quests In Lobby

Of all the things the game does love to notify the player of, why is this not the ONE important thing from previous games that doesn't show in this one? Why is it Link Party only?
Whenever someone would post a quest, you would see a simple "[Name] has posted a quest!" pop-up in the lobby chat box. It was the most helpful notification of them all.
Now I'm stuck checking quest lists manually and guessing when a friend or random has posted anything.
