LS counter sound effect feels weak
it might be because i'm used to World "ding" sound but i can't help but feel like Wilds' sound is lacking. it doesn't give me as clear of a cue as World's one. World also sound more satisfying to me. Wilds just doesn't hit same to me.

ive never played worlds, but i can understand. one time i didn't think mine went through the sheath draw, but it did and i ran out of spirit, causing me to get flailed around like a ragdoll by Zoh Shia.
Almost everything looks and sounds weaker than in World, take for instance the greatsword's TCS, it's not as impactful, truly a shame considering this is the same team who developed World.

now that you mention it, i think you're right. there's plenty more example for that.
this isn't something that would normally be changed so we'll just have to accept it going forward. unless a massive amount of ppl complain about it.

Most of the sfx are weak, perfect dodges, perfect blocks, they are sounds very low.
I think there's a mod that increase the volume, but i don't have it.
