Sakuratide Armor Missing From Menu

[Fleshly Delight]

I've got a friend who can't see the Sakuratide armor in the Grand Hub smithing menu at all.

He has:

• Plenty of Blossomdance tickets in his inventory
  
• The Grand Hub unlocked ages ago
  
• Checked the Grand Hub smithy
  
• Plenty of Carbalite ore
  
• Completed every event quest multiple times
  
• Completed all the bounties for today and yesterday
  
• Earned all other tickets and is able to see all the other armors because of it
  
• Rested in different zone
  
• Restarted his game several times
  
• Never modded his game

Any ideas on what's up?
Anyone else dealt with this before?

Literally everything I've seen as a "fix" has been "just go to the Grand Hub."
This obviously isn't applicable here given he's done exactly that and has been in-and-out of the Hub for the last hundred or so hours of gameplay.

yes, I first that I thought I didn't have the armor, too. Then i noticed that I was on the low rank armor tab for some reason

Yes.
All of the normal HR armor is there except for that single set.

For him, it goes:

• Numinous α
  
• Numinous ß
  
• Blossom α
  
• Mimiphyta α

In-between "Numinous ß" and "Blossom α" should be "Sakuratide α", but it simply isn't there.

Did he tried uninstall reinstall the game (basic move when anything happens), then something like online single player/offline to see if that fixe it ?
Also he can try to do another character to see if the problem is there too (although need to go to HR, so it's a good 15 hours of work if he doesn't have two already).
The fact that another character has or not could narrow it down between client or save problem.

It's also weird that without mod he got that problem... But if a save is corrupted, it's corrupted, as to why, that the mistery all debugger learn to accept and try to discover.

That'll be the next thing after verifying.

If verify and reinstall doesn't work, I'm not sure what else could be done other than wait and see if Capcom does find an issue and fixes it at a later date.

He has the tickets still, so it's not like he won't be able to craft the armor after the event ends if they do fix it later.
Hell, maybe the AT Rey Dau update on the 29th will bring a stealth fix to the issue.

I was having the same problem.
It got fixed when I fast traveled to "Suja, Peaks of Accord" then ran to "Peaks Back Gate" from the gate I moved to grand hub.
It showed up for me when I spoke to "Legend" smithy.
