How to save video cutscene in the Gallery Menu into PC?

Is that possible to do it? or the only option is to use game recording?

Game recording.
https://store.steampowered.com/gamerecording

Each time you start such a cutscene it gets rendered a new with your latest appearance settings. So that is the only way.
