Claimed Sakura Felyne Teddy but didn't get it

I was exited to get the pendant "Sakura Felyne Teddy". So I claimed is at the in-game support desk.
I walked back to the tent to equip it, but it isn't showing up :(
Can someone help me with this please? I restarted the game several times but it didn't work.

Are you using any mods? Those can prevent the event items from showing up correctly.

Hi, I'm very late for this and probably you already got your Sakura Felyne Teddy. But in case other people wondering why the pendant didn't showing up, you need to claim your Login Bonus first in order to make it appear in the tent.
