You can do event quest. 2 Lara Barinas will give you 1

wearing 4pc sakuratide gives u a chance at getting the tickets during any hunt

There are 2 different types of blossom tickets. For one armor set you can do all of the limited bounties and that will give you enough to complete one armor set. For the second armor set you just grind the Lala Barina quest that the previous poster mentioned.

Yup, this.

It's just like in Monster Hunter World, where you need to wear the festival pieces of armor in order to gain more tickets during any hunt.

Also while wearing the set of armor, you're stronger in attack, and defense while the event is active, and you get 1 extra carve per monsters.
