Missing Content

I never did the missions for the free update to fight the new monsters and they aren't appearing anywhere. I also can't figure out how to get the end game armors past gore and g. arkveld. Numinous armor , etc. Can anyone help me out here?

Whats your Hunter Rank? All new ones only get unlocked with/after HR50.
