No. None for both.
While it might sound good at first, you kinda match your movements the monster movements and do not get hit at all.
You trying to get an A with a SnS against 'ian?
The Jumping Advancing Slash combo in Wilds does so low damage that it's absolutely not worth using outside keeping up on flying Monsters and Anjanath weakpoints
The boost is also nerfed from World's +30% to a measly 10%
Your grounded combos do what seem like triple the damage that your aerial combos do in Wilds
The game-plan for IG in Wilds is to get a fast mount without focusing on any Extracts, then using your Focus combos to gather triple-buff from a mount-tripped monster, and then just play the duration of the buff out like a Dual Blades.
Aerial Combos are still good for doing some damage while dodging attacks easier by vaulting, but their overall DPS output is abysmal.
I also miss the Generations Aerial Vault which lobs you forward instead of straight up. It was great to use as an improvised dodge or just for closing with the enemy. Kinda ironic that I still played Aerial IG as a mostly grounded weapon even back then.
So technically insect glaive in wilds is an aerial meta since rising spiral slash is aerial and you should only be on the ground collecting the Extracts for your next rss.
