What are you even complaining about? Once you finished the game it is an easy task to get all the items fairly fast. If you do not want to do that, then do not get the weapons - they have also higher versions you can craft right away.
"Man i hate having to hunt a monster more than once in a game about hunting monsters so I'm going to scream at the clouds about it while being hyperbolic as ♥♥♥♥."
There you go little guy.
How can anyone not enjoy monsters while playing a game about hunting monsters???
Guardian Fur / Skin / Pelts whatever I had dozens of, both from fighting the main story and also for taking on the low rank Arkveld.
Still, I don't mind there not being any investigations for low rank, there wouldn't be much point to include them into the system when you have the optional quests for each large and small monster you need parts from.
I'd rather fight only a few times the monsters in low rank, than having to be stuck in low rank to get so much materials i'll never need it anymore. And just go back to do a hunt or two to the monster in 5 minutes and go back to high rank.
Honestly, separating the difficulty with ranks is so archaic and I wish Capcom would just ditch it once and for all.
Like OP said, there is no other reason to go back to Low rank but to get unique materials, hunting weak monsters just isn't fun later on, so why even justifying its existence?
Capcom should come up with another kind of system to bump up the difficulty while using the same monsters without the use of ranks.
It was just a simple way to seperate quests instead of yet another menu in a menu disguised as a menu
This clearly isn't the series for you if you don't want to grind and/or improve your character in order to get to better content. It's not for everyone. You'll probably enjoy Roblox more.
