Ask that Capcom directly via feedback@capcom.com
True, almost 90% here are copy&paste posts. On the other side, its also the users fault for just posting and not using the forum search functionality.
In fairness: the search functionality cannot be used effectively due to the nature of "copy & paste posts".
You have countless threads where the contents is just mixed up.
Not to mention the fact that most users do troubleshooting without understanding - as in: using DDU to rollback driver and claim that is the solution, while the actual issue was the shader cache file which gets naturally renewed when you use DDU. The causality becomes mixed up, at least unclear to make a proper judgement what actually helped without documentation.
I also asked before out of frustration why the majority not sharing DxDiag reports
https://steamcommunity.com/app/2246340/discussions/0/599646234919070673/
as it would be easiest in combination with the crash report to check for potential issues and cross reference them if necessary by CPU e.g. But even that would be insufficient as you would actually need
- crash report
- DxDiag report
- settings of game, GPU
- plus any other shenenigans people might have forgotten they did
- such as overlays
- trying to use compatibility mode
- and more
Thankfully most issues are standardised, but people still would need to report their issues properly via support@capcom.com or feedback@capcom.com so Capcom can and would take actions. Just posting here on the forums will not do anything, as the forums are not on screen of neither the developers nor anyone whom concerns.
I think many fear to post something or provide something that could show personal data or do not know how to do it. Next to other issues and needed informations, i recommend to use tools like the "System-Meeter-Bar" ( http://smb.it-huskys.com/index.html ), that does easily collect the needed data we need to analyse (Dxdiag included), but thanks to the simple txt format, can be easily posted and privacy data can be made out easily and removed. Also with the "system does overheat" issue, can stress-test their system.
With other words, the more and simple the solution, the more willing are people to comply.
Are you not assuming too much there...
You can see that already, got a clown for an actual helpful advice.
Ignore these clown stickers. these are simply given by these who have nothing but doom.vision on their mind. I gave you a "helpfull" one and a "treasure" one to show the value of your post.
I can only agree and i hope in the future Capcom will follow your recommendation. Its solid and productive.
