had nothing to do a week after the game released now the 2 hunts added a solid hour of content and now i guess its just time to wait for the dlc?

bro really can't wait and don't have other games to play lol. you probably just keeping hunting to get a perfect builds with all the deco and perfect artian and do it for every weapon. you can always start a new character or deal with arena quest or do speedrunning if you are into that or just farm for cooking ingredient and other consumable. there is still tons of stuff to do. if you don't have anything else to do, you probably cheated your way through the game to get the perfect build and perfect artians from the second you hitted high rank, so no wonder you don't have anything to do, you didn't even progressed normally lol. i would know i did the same and now i'm doing a new character without any of that and it takes way longer.

They do what any other impatient folk do, doing threads complaining about the lack of content and fishing for attention and likes/jesters.

I just can't fathom it. Like, I reached the end of the content too, but I rotate to other games. I still play Wilds, but not every day, and not for 5-6 hours per day (anymore), but that's okay!

It's like, they play the game for 50 hours in a week and expect to be able to keep up that pace.... it takes longer to make the game than to play the game

Rise was released initially in March, 2021 and Sunreak came 15 months later in June 2022. World was January 2018, and Iceborne September 2019.

If they follow that pattern you can expect the expansion to drop sometime between June to October of 2026.

We still have multiple title updates that will add more monsters and features, plus event quests

Unfortunately that's what far too many do around here. The slightest hint of anything but praise for the game and they begin to question your life, the things you do in your free time, call you impatient, entitled, or other disparagements.

But like others have said, there will be more title updates in the future that will add more monsters and events. Hopefully they will also do some collaborations with other games. World/Iceborne had ones with a bunch of games such as Final Fantasy, Witcher 3, Horizon Zero Dawn, Street Fighter, DMC, etc.

So maybe there will be some good content coming down the pipe sooner rather than later, but for the big stuff people will be waiting until next year, I imagine.
