I am referring to the new mod for low specs, since it was what yuver mentioned.
The best for visual enhancements remain ReShade / Special K with adjustments to the config.ini as a filmgrain is natively set on with the game.
And maybe the colour filter removal PAK.
This is btw how it looks like in comparison for me with and without ReShade on a cheap laptop

I have also the aformentioned disable lens distortion mod installed.
