It looks like a very common Windows Home issue.
Share a DxDiag report for advice

thx
Yep. The very common Windows issue. You have it harder than others due to your C: device - it is far too little, and you should replace it as soon as possible with 512 GB minimum if you want to use your PC for gaming.
Because of that you ran out of virtual memory - it is so bad that it has started affecting your Windows leading to update errors.
Start by cleaning up your C: drive, so you have NOTHING ON IT BUT WINDOWS. Move, delete, whatsoever, but Windows needs enough free space to keep working correctly.
Use then here the tips #2 + #4 + #7
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3436896664
Make sure to put the virtual memory on your F: drive instead of your C: drive , set it to 128 GB on F:, and ONLY on F: - make also sure you have enough space on F: as well
Set your Nvidia shader file to 10 GB, you cannot use 100 GB as your C: has not enough, you would need to set a system junction to make use of that
once you are done, give Windows some maintenance, so it checks if an update failed and needs to be repaired - use these commands in terminal as administrator
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
chkdsk /f /r C: D: E: F:
That should help with your issue, provided C: is cleaned up and you put your game and virtual memory altogether on F: - remember: F: needs at least 200 GB free space and C: must not have anything but Windows
For the long term solution, you need a larger C: SSD
512 GB is nowadays minimum for gaming, anything less than that and you run into issues unless you are using junctions for everything
